Just had my 2012 Camry hybrid battery replaced at Kamphaus at a considerable cost savings over a dealer. Plus dealer only warranted their replacement for 1 year vs. 3 years unlimited miles @ Kamphaus. Both Mat and Jess were great to work with. Communication was excellent. Both patiently answered my questions before, during and even after I picked up the car. I found Kamphaus to be professional and knowledgeable about hybrids. Learned a to talking with Mat who really knows his stuff. My car is back to getting great gas mileage like it did years ago. I highly recommend Kamphaus Autocare!

My 2007 Toyota Camry Hybrid battery was down and the car original dealer did not have a hybrid battery in stock. Back order would take 2 wks to 2 months. Kamphaus Auto Care was recommended by the dealer. I opened Kamphaus website and STARTED my good experience with Kamphaus Auto Care service. I collected all info I needed through the website Active Chat. All my questions got clear answers. Golf and Busse Towing recommended by Kamphaus also did a good job....Now, I got the car fixed and myself would be able to rest/type my review....:) Following points are my comments about Kamphaus services: 1. Employee's professionalism: thumbs up! 2. Knowledge about hybrid cars: great! 3. Communication: full channels open, effective, gave responses promptly, phone call, text message, emails 4. .... We got the car quickly fixed and satisfied Kamphaus 'services. Absolutely we would recommend Kamphaus Auto Care to people who would have issues with their hybrid cars.

The 2012 vehicle had failed emissions. For a very reasonable fee, the mechanic diagnosed the issue, repaired it AND took it back to the testing facility to get it retested!! Talk about a “one stop shop”. I’m so happy with the above and beyond service provided-I’d recommend Kamphaus Auto Care hands down.

Kamphaus is the only place that I go for car service. They are friendly, professional, on time and have loner cars. They installed tires for $200 less than discount tire quoted me for the exact same tires. I was in the waiting room one time and a customer said he was told by another mechanic that his car needed a lot of expensive work(can't remember details) and Matt told him no. He explained why that opinion was incorrect and told him why a much less expensive solution was going to work. Love Jess at the front desk too! I won't go anywhere else. Love Kamphaus!
