Life gets busy, but I haven’t forgotten to leave my review. I visited Kamphaus Auto Care on 7/18/26, as a recommendation from a coworker of mine. Happy to say, they exceeded my expectations and I will be a returning customer. I went in for an oil change and knew I had a few issues to take care of which Jess explained to me which were a priority to fix and which could wait a little but still will need the attention. I absolutely admired Jess’s honesty on that, because many places pressure you into thinking you need things done right away. This allows me to plan and budget accordingly, so I greatly appreciate that! Also, to my surprise they offer financing! This also allows me to breath a little because as someone who has been affected by the long back to back gov. shutdowns and is playing catch up on bills, this gives me hope that I can take care of what’s needed without feeling too much pressure/anxiety. Jess also took the time to show me under my truck’s hood, and explained how to look/check for certain things. The customer service was exceptional. Thank you again for servicing me, see you soon!

I had an issue with my Prius, "Red Triangle of Death" and within the hour after dropping it off, the had a diagnosis. The team was so friendly and helpful, they provided pictues and updates throught the repair. I was able to pickup my car the same day. Amazing work!

My daughter had no working A/C in her Honda. Appointment was made vehicle was diagnosed fully and all repairs were performed and completed promptly. Thank You to all for the fantastic service and taking great care of my daughters vehicle. Five Star service

Honestly, this is the only place I trust to not scam me, and only offer me what I actually need. I've been going for over ten years. I even moved out of state, came back to a different neighboring town, and still go back to Kamphaus. Love a local owned business, and LOVE the staff. Matt is the absolute best, and everyone who's ever worked there has been absolutely amazing. They treat you like family, not a burden, like you feel when you walk up to some front desks. Appreciate y'all eternally!

An inexperienced driver failed to take care of some maintenance issues on the car which resulted in major damage to the engine. The Kamphaus team came through in ways we couldn’t even imagine-saving the engine and thousands of $$$. We are so fortunate to have found you years ago and to have you as part of our team in more ways than we can count.

We are very impressed with the service, the staff and actually everything at Kamphaus Auto Care. Matt was excellent in explaining what our car needed and what he would do to repair it. After our okay, we even more so appreciate his work to replace the lithium batteries on my car. Now it is running like new. Took my 2018 optima hybrid here for a 2nd opinion after the kia dealer gave me an outrageous price to fix half the stuff the car needed. They put my 1 owner 2018 optima back running smoothly on the road at half the cost of dealer. Saved me from buying a new car.
