After our okay, we even more so appreciate his work to replace the lithium batteries on my car. Now it is running like new. She got an exact idea of what the car needs, got a full list of things to look at via text, the urgent items and deferrable items. She explained everything to me in detail over a call. Even the things they don't need to address right away. Helping me make informed decisions and not just spend unnecessarily. They needed to wait for parts so needed to keep car overnight. I got a loaner car to use. I felt treated well, not rushed. Pricing is fair and they gave me an honest assessment of the car and overall health. I would recommend bringing your hybrid (or non) here. I will see them for my other vehicle for sure.

I had some damage caused by a squirrel that chewed clean through some wiring. I brought my vehicle hear and the gentleman I spoke with was very friendly and professional and came outside with me to look at the damage together. The staff here is very communicative, and provided a full written diagnosis and repair summary and everything was communicated electronically (via text) which is great for me. They finished making the repairs the same day, I was able to pay electronically, and pick up my car after hours which just all around worked well for my needs. I would definitely go to them again and would recommend.
