Staff was helpful and explained the situation. After talking to the dealership, and with the problem staff found-the dealership will fix. to make sure they fix and cover the problem, I will have to have a more extensive oil change done their. Thanks girls! You will see me in the future.

I called to setup an appointment, the person that helped me then looked up what services would be due per car company guidelines and walked me through the process. I had always taken the car to the Lexus service. Car drop off was easy and Jes kept me updated on the progress and what needed to be done - required vs recommended. Work was done quickly and pickup was great. Jes was pleasant to work with and made this a good experience. Will definitely be back!
