Great group that will always take care of you and provide you with a plan of the most urgent repairs need to be taken care of first, etc.

I had my rear brakes replaced amongst a couple other concerns needing immediate remedy. A thorough inspection at the beginning of my appointment indicated other things needed but not immediately. I worked out a plan with them to take care of these over two future appointments in order to fit into my monthly budget. There was no pressure to get everything done sooner. Fair pricing and I can continue to get ride service if needed.

So far I like Kamphaus Auto Care. I have a Hybrid car so I prefer a auto car place that specializes in hybrids. That's why I went here. They did a great job in diagnosing all the issues that the car had. They gave me in advance exactly what it would cost for the work to be done.

I have not been to this shop before. I was so impressed with everyone's friendliness and willingness to be helpful. I dealt with Jess - also Richard who was great. . They diagnosed my problem and helped me make good decisions about the repairs. Jess was truly exceptional, I can see why she has such rave reviews online. That being said, this company is well managed and wants to grow. I highly recommend them. If I change my mind about trading this car I will be back! ( I would also bring them future business, recommended to my daughter ) Thanks Kamphaus!

Called late on a Friday afternoon (closing time), but Jes answered the phone to help me out with some concerns about my Outback. She addressed all of my questions with such helpful detail, demonstrating that she truly understood the coolant issues I was describing. And when I brought my vehicle into the shop, she and Nicole provided exceptional assistance. Great mechanics, too. All the way around, a very impressive shop.
