Kamphaus Auto Care took me seriously about repairs needed on my 2005 Prius with low mileage. i was so impressed by their careful inspection & estimate for the priority work that would get the car in safe shape again. i left with a very professional listing of the next repairs which need to be addressed. i was shown (on my car & by pics) every repair that needed to be done & shown the below-average work done previously on the car. Let’s just say that i will never return to a dealership again for repairs, but i sure will be returning to Kamphaus. i was treated very respectfully & kindly.

Went in for something we thought was small and turned out to be much much more! We had an excellent experience here. Not only did they put the safety of our family first, they helped with solutions and gave us great advice. They have a customer for life!

Matt and his team did a great job diagnosing my Honda accord’s problem! They were right on the money with the cause and the fix of the electrical problem that was shutting the engine off. Also got a fantastic full synthetic oil change.

Took my car in after hitting a few pot holes to try and identify a noise, Kamphaus took the time to completely check all aspects of my car and gave me detailed information/what was a priority, as well as picture of each issue they encountered. There was no pressure to use them to do the work as I told them that limited funds would have me fixing things a few issues at a time instead of all at once. They were kind and courteous. No hidden fees. Great experience!

Kamphaus never fails to give honest advise and quick service. Recently I had an issue with both my vehicles not starting, but Kamphaus was able to assist me with getting one jump started and one towed. Kamphaus assessed the issues and fixed all the problems quickly. Communication with Kamphaus was great during the entire process.

I've used Kamphaus for my car maintenance for over 10 years. They are the most honest and caring car "guys" I've ever known.
