Honestly, this is the only place I trust to not scam me, and only offer me what I actually need. I've been going for over ten years. I even moved out of state, came back to a different neighboring town, and still go back to Kamphaus. Love a local owned business, and LOVE the staff. Matt is the absolute best, and everyone who's ever worked there has been absolutely amazing. They treat you like family, not a burden, like you feel when you walk up to some front desks. An inexperienced driver failed to take care of some maintenance issues on the car which resulted in major damage to the engine. The Kamphaus team came through in ways we couldn’t even imagine-saving the engine and thousands of $$$. We are so fortunate to have found you years ago and to have you as part of our team in more ways than we can count.

First time customer, easy to make appointments online. Dropped off with Jes. She got an exact idea of what the car needs, got a full list of things to look at via text, the urgent items and deferrable items. She explained everything to me in detail over a call. Even the things they don't need to address right away. Helping me make informed decisions and not just spend unnecessarily. They needed to wait for parts so needed to keep car overnight. I got a loaner car to use. I felt treated well, not rushed. Pricing is fair and they gave me an honest assessment of the car and overall health. I would recommend bringing your hybrid (or non) here. I will see them for my other vehicle for sure.
