I have know the owner, Rich Kamphaus for 35 years. He is honest, fair, his work is a cut above and his pricing, competitive. He's not pushy and doesn't try to upsell. He'll tell what's wrong with your car and leave it at that. We have to decide for ourselves, next steps. I like that.

They were very detailed and helpful, troubleshot everything pertaining to the engine code. They looked for cheaper priced parts to lower the cost vs the dealership. Great place!

Friendly, convenient, clean and staff does their best to be clear about possible issues, identify what needs to be fixed and why, and provide reasonable estimates. Many times they have also helped me with budgeting by identifying areas that likely need to be addressed in the next 6-12 months and provide and estimate of what that work would be, allowing ability to properly budget ahead of time for some of the possible more costly repairs for the aging parts!
