Such great service! Walked in for my appointment and was helped right away. They went over all the prices before starting the service. They even noticed my tire pressure was low and filled them up for me. I will be recommending this place to everyone.

First time in a long time I was spoken to as an adult instead of treated like a women who didn’t know what a spark plug was! They set expectations and exceeded them, working with me around my work schedule. Plus they found a problem the dealers service department couldn’t !

The Kamphaus family is always the absolute best to work with. Aware that my car might yet be covered by a warranty, Mat checked it over to determine what was wrong, called the car dealer, and checked to see if it was covered. All this knowing I might take it elsewhere! When it turned out to not be covered, I was only too happy to have them fix it... and quickly, too! The best.

This is my new go-to auto shop and from now on, I'm bringing all of my vehicles here for service. Chose Kamphaus after the management changed at my regular repair ship and I was given an estimate that made me question their honesty and integrity in continuing to provide service. Went to Kamphaus and was personally welcomed to the shop by Rich and treated professionally throughout the experience. After I told him that I would not be able to wait there for the repair and was going to call an Uber, he offered to take me home himself...who provides that level of service anymore??!! The repair took a little longer than expected but it often does at the good shops because they take that time to ensure that the job gets done right.
