The team was able to take me in same day on a Saturday (unusual). Rich, Rob, and Sam all address me by name. They were more concerned with ensuring that my car was in good health rather than just doing service that I thought needed to be done. Finally, they helped accommodate my budget as I had several fairly expensive services due.

I needed a small section of solid brake hose for my wife's Ford Taurus that has rusted and twisted when I was bleeding the brakes on the rear. It's not a piece that you can just go run out to a parts place and pick up and Meineke wouldn't touch it for liability reasons. Needless to say I was in a pickle and stopped in here on the way home to see if they could help.... Their answer.. DEFINITELY! Staff was VERY polite in assisting me. I left the old twisted piece with them at the front desk and a tech said that he would call me when the new line was ready. I went out to grab a quick bite with my wife down the street and before I knew it they were calling and said it was ready. I picked it up and it looked great and they were more than reasonable for the price of materials and labor to fabricate it. I do most of my maintenance myself, but from this one experience I would take either of our vehicles here for whatever I can't fix in the garage. VERY FRIENDLY and knowledgable staff at the right price. What more can you ask for?
