The first experiance i had was not the best.but after giving a second chance they totaly redeemed themselfs and got the job done and a little early.

Wish more shops were like this. Everything was explained, the job invoice was shown to me before I agreed to it and when I turned the job down, only due to cost vs, age of car, there was absolutely NO pressure to have repair done. Will definitely consider shop for future work, esp with the late night hours available

Beside being good mechanics with the best skills, they provide true and accurate explainations to any auto problem which I may have. The work is done on time and on budget!

Rich, the owner, was very friendly and welcoming. I didn't have the service done that day due to time constraints and wound up having it done at my dealership because it's blocks from home and on the way to work. Since it was air conditioning work and the temperature was approaching the 90s, time was of the essence. One suggestion; please ask customers if they'd like to receive text messages to their cell phones before doing so. I don't have an unlimited texting plan and didn't appreciate receiving texts from the company without authorization to do so.

Friendly,accurate,professional,establishment to deal with. Explained and explained thoroughly the problems of auto and costs to fix. Received print-out of suggested preventative maintenance to be done to keep vehicle at it's best.
