From the very first call that I made to Kamphaus Auto Care I knew that I was going to be in great hands. I have a Carmax warranty and was unable to get my car in when needed so they alerted me to an auto care facility that is supported through the CarMax extended service plan. I spoke with Rich on the phone who was not only extremely pleasant but also very professional and had taken the time to assure me that I would be taken care of. Rich Kamphaus and his team definitely responded with the level of service that I needed and also provided me with a free loaner car while mine was being repaired. Thank you again for your prompt attention and not only repairing my vehicle under the CarMax warranty but have made me a true customer that will be back!

Kamphaus Auto Care is where I have taken my vehicles to for years now. I don't typically take my cars to a mechanic because I have a hard time trusting them. This is because most of them are taking advantage of the situation. However, this is not the case at Kamphaus! Rich is very honest and has a very pleasant demeanor to add to it. The repair work has always been first rate for me and my family and I plan to take my vehicles there in the future. My vehicle came into the shop running poorly and came out running great. I definitely recommend Kamphaus for fast and professional auto services. You cannot afford to drive by this place..My time is more valuable than setting in a tire shop all day. I recently had a slow leak in one my tires this weekend. As weekends go, tire discounters were all too busy to help with a minimum 3hrs just to assess the issue. After going to 4 different places, I decided to give a independent retailer a try. I was greeted with Amazing hospitality by Jes. It was like they actually wanted my business. My car was assessed in less than 5 minutes and recommendations provided about my tires. My decision to purchase a new set of tires from them was solely because of the excellent service of the staff and technicians. Mat (General manager) was great.
