I went there yesterday and they are so kind. They take the time to explain everything to you with options. Their prices are amazing as well. I worked with Rich and Matt and they were unbelievably nice. Thanks guys! Amazing work!!!

I've been going to these guys for close to 4 years. They've always been extremely friendly and helpful. 99% of the time they have been cheaper than the competition by a good size margin. They get their work done in a timely matter and even if your car is down for a day or two they have a car for you to use. That's customer service. Keep it up guys!

Yesterday my car was making a loud noise. Someone recommended that I go to Kamphaus. I was such a pleasant and unexpected experience from an auto shop. They quickly checked my car, there was a cover underneath the car that it was falling and needed to be secure with screws. They fixed it in few minutes and charged me $4.15! I was so thankful, I immediately called my husband. We both agreed that for future needs, we will always go to Kamphaus first! Thank you.

After getting a very expensive ($100!!!) inspection and even more expensive quote from another repair shop, I was looking for a better option. Kamphaus came up on a google search and on a whim, I asked for an appointment. They offered affordable payment plan options that were easy to sign up for, and scheduled my car to come in the very next day. Matt and his staff were friendly and communicative the entire time, they addressed us by name and with a smile on their faces which made me feel right at home. And even with a full parking lot full of cars was able to inspect and repair my ford explorer in ONE day. They even found additional things that needed to urgently be addressed, and still came in UNDER what the other shop quoted me by $200!!! Everything about Kamphaus Auto Care is absolutely something to be impressed by. From their very thorough inspection, complete with text messaged report that outlines everything that needs to be completed and in what importance, to their extremely friendly and compassionate staff, to their amazing quality of work, Kamphaus is the only place I’ll ever be taking my cars to in order to be serviced ever again. They well and truly deserve all of their positive reviews. Don’t ever hesitate to contact them, they’ll treat you like family and give you the best quality of work for the price you deserve.
