Even though my catalytic converter was stolen, Kamphaus made the experience much less devastating than it could have been. Sam was great through the whole insurance situation and the entire crew helped to get me back on the road.

Very convenient as there is a drop off and pick up to their Service center. Its unlike other places where I had to make multiple calls and leave messages without a timely response. Will be going for Auto care services there for a long time.

Car falling apart inconvenient but getting it fixed with a ride to work and back very convenient .

I came in fairly late on Saturday after my van broke down on the way to the shop. Despite being very busy, Rich assured me that he'd have it ready to go that day. This is extremely important to me as I use my van for business every weekday-and being without it for even one day costs me a ton of money. True to his word, the van was repaired that day and I'm very pleased with his professionalism-and the quality of the repair. Moreover, Rich told me about their hours of operation during the week-which I fully intend to take advantage of in the future. Thanks again.
