This is my second time visiting Kamphaus Auto Care, and their customer service is still top-notch. My check-engine light was on, which is a scary moment for any driver, but they diagnosed the problem quickly and correctly and fixed the car for a very fair price. The motto is certainly right: You really do walk in as a customer, but leave as a friend. I've been very happy with their service and will be returning again.

Came in because car did not pass emissions test, and also needed estimate for other repair. Sam Randazzo was terrific, he explained diagnostic results and options available. Was very patient answering my questions and listening to my concerns. I was treated with respect, and best of all, there is NO "hard sell".
