I used to come to get my car serviced here before it was Kamphaus and it was okay, but once Kamphaus took over I could see a big change in customer service and quality. Owner was very friendly the two times I have come in and is very personable. When my car was done, the tech reviewed everything and sent me on my way. I will use Kamphaus for my auto care needs. I had taken my 2002 Ford Focus in for some much needed work. I could not believe how great the car drove after I picked it up. Rich was very honest, and did an amazing job on my car. I have taken my car to him for years, and he is the only person I trust to work on it. He is really a great mechanic, and a good guy.

Tom said that he was pleased with the service and Rich seemed like a good guy. He mentioned that he plans to go back and have them work on his brakes.

Spoke with Rosa. She said the business was pretty courteous, friendly, the owner Rich was really nice and he gave her details of the work he did.

John said the man he dealt with volunteered information that service companies generally don't offer. He provided him with details on the oil change and the engine. He said this business should keep up the good work and he'll be back for his next oil change.

Jim said the business is great. They did everything well and the people were great.
