i just want to say the service was great.rich is alwasy looking out for the customers gives the best price he can give..he strives to keep his business open and to keep the customers satisfied..and it is also great that he knows me by name!!!!not just a number. and the guys that work there too work very hard.

I can not tell you just how great this experience was. Everything from making the appointment to picking up the care was the best it could be. Pricing was great and I was kept informed of everything that was going on. The waiting room was clean and comfortabe and the staff was friendly and knowledgable. What more can you ask for. They really do CARE!

You really do walk in a customer and walk out a friend. Rich always offers service with a smile. This is my second visit to Kamphaus and I left impressed again. The staff is courteous and accomodating. I highly recommend Kamphaus!

I realize you guys are perfectionists in what you do and that you have your checklist. I like having work done there. If I had any negative to say it would be the time to get an oil change done. I was there for an hour which seems long just for an oil change.
