Very friendly staff Since the first time I came to Kamphaus I felt like I had finally found a trustworthy place to take my autos for service and repair. I've been there for oil changes and minor things but found myself needing back brakes. I was told in a matter of fact way what was needed and the price as well as how long it would take. Not only that, I was offered a courtesy car if I needed to run some errands or whatnot. A no pressure quote and the timeliness of the service provided is what we all are looking for in a full service auto repair shop.

Came in for oil change. Attendant was very courteous. Ended up having a tie rod repaired also. Was able to use a loaner, very helpful. However, I'm always leery of coming in to a place for a service and having crew looking for other potential services to provide. On the one hand, I appreciate checking for potentially dangerous issues that need attention; on the other hand, I have been to too many places that are always trying to "sell up" over and above what is actually necessary. I would like to believe that Kamphaus is the former rather than the latter.

Oil change and battery replaced was done well and on time.

Sam was easy to work with and did a great job explaining the BG fuel induction service. I went with it mainly to increase my gas mileage because I have a long commute. It also made my car feel more smooth on acceleration. I will definitely be back!
