Amazing service. They really take time to explain what they found wrong, why it needs fixed, and what your options are. They work quickly but flawlessly on the repairs. The staff is very professional but never loses their sense of humor. The best experience I've had with auto repairs.

The staff here are incredibly sweet, helpful, and welcoming. They provide awesome service! It does seem the prices are a bit higher here, and when I've pointed that out, they do tend to go on this sales pitch about how they provide extra auto services that most places don't (not sure if that's true or not). However, I can sort of justify the higher cost because they have AMAZING hours (seriously, when was the last time you saw an auto shop open til 11pm?!?), provide a complimentary shuttle service (in a nice, comfy car, not a van), and offer free loaners. They also seem to have a pretty open schedule and have been able to get me in the same day in most circumstances. I've had my oil changed and my front brakes done here. They lost a star because on the first go, they installed a defective brake pad and my brakes squeaked like mad. But when I brought it back in, they were very apologetic and replaced everything and gave my rear brakes a cleaning for free. I'm not quite ready to give five stars, but I definitely think I will be back.

We're able to accommodate me without an appointment when my battery was dead. If your part is not in stock, they can get it locally within a few minutes. Very friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

Sam and the staff are very friendly; they also seem genuine, honest and professional. They advised me on my vehicle's issues without up-selling too much (I only went in for an oil change). The customer waiting area is comfortable and clean. I recommend taking your car to Kamphaus!

I have been taking both of my vehicles to Kamphaus for regular maintenance and repair. I must say that each time the staff is courteous and works towards delivering excellent customer service. In addition, there work is of top quality. I had an issue with one of my vehicles and the team worked tireless to figure out the problem and repair it. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy mechanic shop who does the work and stands by it.
