I recently needed work done on two vehicles and had a friend take me there. Not only were these people willing to show what was wrong but were very willing to help me in every way I needed. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely be returning for any work that needs to be done.

I brought my car in here last week because my car didn’t pass emissions. I needed to have it pass emissions before I could get my vehicle registration updated. One of the greatest things about them is that they offer a free loner. It’s not a luxury car but honestly, who cares. My car was with them for about a week, so they saved me at least $300-$400 in rental car expenses. They constantly kept me updated on the status of the vehicle and repairs. They were very detailed in their explanation of what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix the car. Rob, the guy at the front desk who always answered the phone when I called, was always very helpful and detailed in explaining everything to me. He’s upbeat and very friendly on the phone, which definitely helps when you’re dropping a ton of cash on car repairs. Rob has great customer service! When the car was done, they called to let me know, but said I would have to drive the car for a few days before I could go to emissions. I explained that the car’s registration expired while it was in the shop and I was afraid of getting pulled over and getting a ticket when the registration wasn’t up to date. When I got to the shop to pick up the car, they notified me that they had their technician drive the car around for a while to try and get the sensors to trigger (or something like that) so the car could pass emissions, plus the technician took the car to the emissions place, got it to pass and brought it back. Saved me a trip. On top of that, they were able to get my car registered..which saved me ANOTHER trip. This is a solid shop with great people working there! They definitely have my business!

My husband and I are very pleased with everything - the service, the prices, the staff, and the clean, pleasant waiting room. Anytime we have had our cars serviced it been done quickly, efficiently and at a good price. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

If you need and oil change or work done to your car, take it to Kamphaus Auto. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They will let you know what needs to be done without being overly pushy on the up-sell like a lot of those chain places can be. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. Thumbs up!

The Kamphaus Auto Care is hands down the best place to have your car repaired! They have customer service that is second to none and experienced mechanics that do a spot on job with your car! They will pick your car up at the train and work on it while you are at work. Then... They pick you up from the train and take you to the shop!! This is above and beyond any auto garage that I have ever been to! The guys at Kamphaus Auto are incredible guys to know! All the way from Rich, Rob, Sam, Cliff, and the others in the garage that I might be missing! Class act! Top to bottom! I trust in Kamphaus! They have been saviors to me many times!

Stuck gears Took car to get price. The estimate was told to me quickly & I stayed while car got fixed. Not too long of a waiting time and friendly service. The rewards given is also something I find great for the customers. I have used many mine a couple of times already!

You always care about your customers and go out of your way to help any way you can. The fact that you give a loaner car so people can get things done while you work on their car is just great

Honest & professional I've taken my SUV here a few times for oil changes, minor & major repairs. Each time the work was done in a timely manner; the staff is very friendly, professional and honest. They have always called me to get permission for work done that was not in the original estimate. I don't live in the area, but take my car here because I like the service and quality of the work performed. I will continue to bring my car to Kamphaus because of the excellent service and would recommend them to my family & friends.
