These guys seem pretty honest and there customer service is well manicured. I would definitely recommend them for car service if you're in the market for a mechanic.

Great service I was in for a simple repair and they found a bigger issue. I was very happy they were able to find it before it got worse . I appreciate them loaning me a car to get something done while they were working on my car.

I'm so glad i decided to try kamphaus.they do quality work in a timely manner.plus them being so convenient to where I live is a big bonus. Matt is great not only does he do a great job but also has great people skills.

I experience the worst customer service, attitude and behaviour from the owner of this establishment I have ever had from any place I have ever been. My niece got a flat tire in front of this establishment and pulled into their driveway (out of the way, to not disturb their business) and was waiting on her mother, brother, and aunt to come get her and to get the tired fixed. As I got there the so called owner slammed on his breaks and jumped out of his car and proceeded to jump in my face cussin and threatening me ( her aunt), telling me to move the fucking car and threatening me as I was explaining that if we move the car the room will get messed up and that it is not my car it is my sister's and that I am here from out of town visiting. I feel he does not deserve to be a place of employment owner with his attitude or temper. I am a female and was not rude at all, and I feel he should be penalized or shut down. That is not how u treat people that are in need of services and this is also why he did not get our business because when we pulled up we were going to get a new tire from them but we're not even there 5 minutes before all this happens. We were simply trying to find out what happened. So please DO NOT GIVE YOUR SERVICES OR BUSINESS TO THIS RUDE, UN PROFESSIONAL, VERY AGGRESSIVE AND INTIMIDATING MAN. HE WAS IN THE WRONG FOR HIS INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR. THANK U.

Great and fast service and I am bringing back my other car next week Matt was very professional and friendly

I come in for a standard oil change, and also let them know I have a problem with the negative terminal being loose. Also, I am well aware a few other things are wrong, nothing major though. Got the enhanced oil chamge package, since that's what I used to pay anyways, and waited. As the oil drains, a tech calls me over to point out something to me, which was the crap job the chain brakes I was forced to go to last time. He was concerned for my safety, and didn't try to sell anything. I told him I would talk to my wife and then call for pricing when I can. I go back and wait, and they offered to get me pricing for the rotars. They call me back again for the negative terminal fix, and as one tech explaining the genius mind behind Ford's, another tech looked in at made a great suggestion in which the guy agreed with. Waited about an hour, and they interacted with 3 people while I was here, and the polite and above average costumer service was delivered to everyone. Great place and definitely will be back!

These guys are terrific! Very accommodating hours, fair prices, and will help with a loaner vehicle if needed. I've been taking my car here for a couple of years now (and I live by O'Hare!) and wouldn't take it elsewhere - it's worth the drive! Kathy Laning
