Best service, great people, helpful, knows their stuff Many auto repair personnel treat customers as idiots or "don't you worry your pretty little head". Kamphaus ALWAYS treats people as a friendly neighbor who is here to help. They give rides to and from the repair shop. They explain repairs that need to be done and some for future consideration. When I asked for a real spare tire on a rim, they didn't bat an eyelash. When they checked my tires, one was unsafe to drive on and helped me get them replaced quickly. Our vehicles come in for a repair often without an appointment. Repairs are done correctly first time. They give us options when possible. They went out of their way to get my air conditioning done so I could have air while driving and not have the expense of replacing the entire van's air which I could not afford. They researched how to do the repair. My vehicle is coming close to 100,00 miles. I bring it in every year for maintenance and minor repairs. Every one is so pleasant and helpful. I have never had such wonderful car repair service.
