They stand for their repair warranty. My suv shows a strange low "tick, tick" noise from the steering column,when turning the car in parking lots or at very slow speed. He checked and correctly diagnosed it too. He explained to me by showing a diagram of the steering system and he did not insist a repair which causes $475. He could have insist a repair and make some money, but he explained it as a minor issue and no problem with the function or the safety of the car under normal safe driving. It was very nice to hear !!!
